（2） Practicing lawyer/intern lawyer (specializing in corporate legal consulting)

1. Applicants must pass the national unified legal professional qualification examination, and those who have not yet applied for practice can apply for an internship lawyer at a law firm. If you are a practicing lawyer, you can directly apply for practice at the law firm;

2. Proficient in company law, securities law, and contract related regulations, with experience in IPO legal work, as well as legal work experience in large enterprises and listed companies. The main job responsibilities are:

(1) IPO Special Support: Assist the Secretary of the Board in coordinating with IPO securities firms and law firms for due diligence and compliance review work, communicate with relevant government departments, and promote project progress;

(2) Internal control system construction: Organize the establishment of the company's internal control system and internal control processes, draft and formulate relevant internal control systems for the company, including corporate governance and business process levels, improve the company's internal control management system, and conduct special inspections and internal audits of internal control systems;

(3) Contract full process management: drafting and reviewing various contracts of the company, drafting various contract templates, and supporting the development of the company's business operations;

(4) Corporate governance assistance: Assist the Secretary of the Board in organizing the 'three meetings' and drafting documents for the 'three meetings';

(5) Dispute resolution: Assist in handling employee labor arbitration, company intellectual property disputes, various contract litigation cases, etc;

(6) Other tasks: Other tasks arranged by the leader.

3. Qualifications for the position

Full time undergraduate degree or above, priority given to 985/211 universities or graduate degrees;

Priority will be given to holders of the Secretary of the Board qualification certificate and the English Proficiency Test Band 8 certificate;

Candidates with a background in finance, taxation, and securities are preferred.

（3） Practicing Lawyer/Intern Lawyer (Capital Market Direction)

1. To apply for the position of practicing lawyer, one must have the qualification to practice law;

2. Applicants for the internship lawyer position must have passed the national unified legal professional qualification examination;

3. Willing to work as a lawyer in the field of capital markets (including but not limited to: domestic and international listings of companies, listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange/New Third Board, mergers and acquisitions, mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, equity investment and financing, pre listing counseling, equity structure design, equity incentives, private equity fund legal affairs, etc.), with relevant industry experience preferred;

4. Full time undergraduate degree or above, graduates from 985/211 universities or those with graduate degree or above are preferred;

5. Candidates with a background in multiple fields such as law, finance, taxation, securities, and funds are preferred.
