Overview of the case: The shares of the property in question were confirmed through (2015) Fonan Fa Gui Min Yi Chu Zi No. 1131. The plaintiff held one fourth, defendant one held half, and report two held one fourth. Later, defendant two gifted their shares to the plaintiff. The property in question is adjacent to the plaintiff's property and is more convenient and practical to use. We now request that the property in question be awarded to the plaintiff, and the plaintiff provide the defendant with corresponding division payments.
