On the afternoon of March 10, 2025, our lawyers Peng Mingen and Yang Wuquan were invited to provide HRBP professional training for Foshan Electric Lighting Co., Ltd. This training provided the company's human resources management team with in-depth legal interpretation and practical guidance, helping to promote the compliance and professionalization of enterprise human resources management.

Foshan Lighting is a second tier enterprise under Guangsheng Holdings Group, a key state-owned enterprise in Guangdong Province. It was established in 1958 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1993. After 67 years of reform, innovation and development, it has grown into a leading enterprise in the domestic lighting industry. In February 2024, it was recognized as a 'Chinese old brand' with a brand value of 39.382 billion yuan. It was selected as one of the 'Top 500 Asian Brands' and is a single champion enterprise in the manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province. In recent years, Foshan Lighting has continuously extended and strengthened its supply chain, becoming a full LED industry chain enterprise covering upstream chip manufacturing, midstream LED packaging, and downstream LED applications. It has acquired and controlled A-share listed company Guoxing Optoelectronics, as well as well-known enterprises in the industry such as Liaowang Automotive Lighting, Hule Electric, and Beijing Hangxin, and continues to strengthen and optimize new tracks such as intelligent, health, marine, airport, sports, and animal and plant lighting. As of 2024, there are 13 high-tech enterprises and 24 provincial-level R&D platforms in Foshan Lighting, with over 2500 authorized patents.

At the beginning of the training, Lawyer Peng Mingen, with 11 years of rich experience in the field of labor law, gave a lecture on the key link of probationary labor employment and assessment. He analyzed in detail the various provisions of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China regarding the probationary period, combined with practical cases, to enable the attendees to deeply understand the legal points in probationary period management.

Lawyer Yang Wuquan starts from a macro perspective of labor contracts, systematically elaborating on the concepts of labor contract formation, performance, and modification. He emphasizes the importance of signing a written labor contract and how to ensure that the contract terms are clear and legal. Lawyer Yang combined multiple practical cases to conduct in-depth analysis of the legal basis and specific operational procedures applicable to different cases, enabling attendees to have a deeper understanding of labor laws and regulations.

During the training process, the two lawyers also provided on-site Q&A on the difficulties encountered by enterprises in actual human resource management, and had in-depth exchanges with the attendees. Their explanations have both theoretical depth and close integration with practice, providing practical and feasible operational suggestions and risk prevention strategies for the attendees.
